Lacey Curry

BROKER ASSOCIATE

Lacey Curry is a commercial real estate broker at Horizon Commercial Real Estate, specialized in advising clients through the complexities of buying or selling properties and leasing space. She brings extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry, including acquisition and dispositions of Class A and B office space, industrial properties, special purpose properties and development land. Lacey’s knowledge on the acquisition and disposition sides of these large-scale transactions has prepared her to provide top-tier service to her clients.

Lacey, an Oklahoma native, has a B.B.A. from the University of Central Oklahoma with minors in Business Law and Professional Selling, an Associates of Applied Technology from Oklahoma State University, and holds a Real Estate Broker Associate license in the state of Oklahoma (Oklahoma Real Estate Commission, 182581).  She is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Council of Oklahoma City and serves as Vice President and Programs Chair for the Oklahoma City Association of Building Owners and Managers. Previously, Lacey led the Corporate Real Estate Department for Chesapeake Energy in Oklahoma City, managing the operations, acquisitions and divestitures of the company’s vast portfolio of real estate. Most recently, she managed 2,000,000 square feet of industrial space in Oklahoma City and the surrounding area for Price Edwards & Company, achieving 98% occupancy and outstanding tenant satisfaction ratings.

During her career, Lacey has had the pleasure of working with many prominent companies, as well as led multiple corporate initiatives. These initiatives included capital intensive real estate acquisitions and divestitures, corporate mergers, streamlining property management efficiencies, and creating aggressive budget and sales forecasting.
