Nicole Mayes is Senior Vice-President of Horizon Commercial Real Estate. She has a history of rapid advancement to leadership roles. Her past experience in large business/high volume sales has given her a detailed understanding of the inner workings of successful corporate mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions. She has a high capacity to formulate creative solutions, the ability to execute them with success, and achieve her clients' desired goals.

 

Nicole has held a number of leadership positions in advertising and sales companies including AT&T, McKesson Medical, Century Martial Arts, and Intergenetics. At one time, she founded and operated The Business Consortium, a marketing and market validation company. Nicole has over fifteen years of residential investment and commercial real estate sales experience from Edmond Premier, NAI Sullivan, and Marcus & Millichap. At NAI Sullivan, Nicole was often the top monthly producer in office and industrial sales and leasing during her tenure, attained the top producer of all brokers in the firm, and achieved the CoStar Power Broker award.

 

Having successfully completed hundreds of transactions from all sides of the deal, Nicole has garnered a clear understanding of the many dynamics of any transaction, the ability to clearly explain the process to clients, to skillfully work financials and terms to benefit all parties, and has developed a knack for creative and unique strategies to close successfully.

 

She prides herself on finding solutions to close difficult deals, reviving dead deals, and getting them all across the finish line. When both parties think they’re at an impasse and most brokers would walk away, she pushes on, exhausting every strategy to get the deal closed. Nicole is known for her honesty, integrity, transparency, being solution-oriented, and her ability to work well with others.
